Common questions

A festival date differs from my calendar. Dates depend on your town (sunrise and the moon's position there) and your tradition. Check both in Settings. The festival page in the app explains the rule used.

Reminders don't arrive on Android. Allow notifications for the app, and turn off battery optimisation for it.

How do I cancel Plus? In the App Store (Settings › your name › Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions).

Something is hard to use. If you use a screen reader, large text, keyboard or other assistive technology and can't read or do something in the app or on the website, please write to us. Tell us what you were trying to do and on which phone or browser; we reply within 2 working days and will help you another way meanwhile. See our accessibility statement.

Moving to a new phone. Your phone's own backup brings your settings and family days across. On iPhone, Restore purchases on the Plus page turns Plus back on.
